What's the minimum order?
The minimum is 10 units for most products. Some items start at 5 — I'll always let you know when you enquire. If you need fewer, get in touch anyway and I'll see what I can do.
How long does it take?
For in-stock items, allow 2-4 working days for order preparation and UK delivery. For personalised or custom orders, I'd recommend 2–3 weeks to be safe. If you're in a rush, tell me — I've made the impossible happen before.
Can I see samples before committing?
Yes, absolutely. For large orders (50+), I'm happy to send a sample pack. Just mention it when you enquire and we'll sort it out.
Do you offer branded packaging with our company logo?
Yes — handwritten note cards, envelopes stickers, and can all carry your messaging. Get in touch and I'll share what's possible within your budget.
Can you invoice us for corporate orders?
Yes, invoice payment is available. Just mention this when you get in touch.
